I have been to Digha quite a few times myself and I can assure you that your trip here will be worthwhile. This spot has always been a dreamy one. It is a good spot for escaping the city during the hot summer days and cool off a bit. It lies in the Himalayan foothills which explains the presence of hills and mountains. If you ever take a tour here do not forget to take a joyride of the Toy Train which runs from New Jalpaiguri to Darjeeling, you will also find many tea gardens as well.

This is a pretty popular spot for a weekend getaway as this place is not only good for visiting with family but also for friends and couples and it is a pet friendly spot as well. If you wanna experience the diverse culture of this place then you must visit it during the spring festivals when many cultural programmes are arranged. This place was founded by the great writer Rabindranath Tagore and is thus found with famous literacy communities.

5. Purulia

It is a district in West Bengal with scenic beauty of beautiful hills and lakes. The township’s natural beauty is what makes it worth a visit. Escaping the polluted environment and fast moving life can bring a total glow on the inside and out of a person. It’s pleasant and calm environment is very comforting.

The capital of Sikkim comes with it’s outstanding beauty. It is a famous tourists spot among the people of Kolkata and a visit here is worth the effort. The cold weather after spending your days in the warm environment can cool your mind. The charm of it’s night life is non-resisting.

If you are searching for the scenic beauty of beach and a spiritual place at the same time then this might be right for you. With an outstanding beauty of the beach sights and the famous Jagannath temple this is a whole package in itself. Puri is famous for it’s architects and culture.
