Masala Potato Fries

Wondering what new could you make for your evening snacks? Now, you can add one more recipe to the new items’ list as this recipe is the perfect dish to give you a feel of restaurant style food at home. So, without wasting any further time of yours let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients:

1. Potatoes- 500g 2. Sunflower oil 3. Refined flour 4. Chilli powder 5. Oregano 6. Chilli flakes 7. Italian seasoning (optional) 8. Corn flour 9. Mayonnaise/ Ketchup 10. Salt to taste

Procedure:

• First take the potatoes and slightly boil them. Then cut them into shapes like fries.

• Now take 4-5 cups of flour in a bowl. Add corn flour, oregano, chilli powder, chilli flakes, italian seasoning, salt according to taste. Add some water and make a batter out of it.

• Now take the potatoes that are cut like fries and dip them in the batter.

• Now take some oil and heat it in a saucepan or colander. Then deep fry the potatoes that are coated in the batter.

• Serve the fries in a plate and serve with ketchup or mayonnaise.
